- Abstract
- The data set shows the spatial distribution of areas in Slovenia, which are protected according to the regulations on nature conservation. Protected areas are divided into narrower protected areas (natural monument, strict nature reserve and nature reserve) and wider protected areas (national, regional and landscape parks) under the Nature Conservation Act. Areas protected by the regulations of local communities are informative.
